Allied Funding is seeking private investors to fund some of its real estate deals.

Investors may earn up-to 12.5% interest per year financing First Trust Deeds.

The standard  terms are  one to seven  years. Loan to value will not exceed 75% of certified appraised value.

Investors funds are handle only by third party escrow companies that will ensure that your  name is vested on the applicable deed of trust.

Allied Funding may service the loan and if necessary, act as your property manager.
